Dear Friends,

At the Pfaff Convention in San Antonio, I sewed on the new Pfaff Creative Sensation and really loved it!! There is a new thread delivery system that sews and embroiders any thread beautifully — even metallic threads. It also has appliques that you can make any size or shape you want and then embroider them in the hoop. It was really fun to use and really easy. Plus, it has IDT (built-in walking foot) that makes the Pfaff machines so great.

I also saw the new feet and designs. We will show them to you at the Embroidery Party.

San Antonio was over 100 degrees every day – it was hot!

Summer is flying by so fast. Here it is the beginning of August already!

Our summer classes are going full swing. Our new flexible schedule gives everyone so many choices. You can take a class for any of the samples in our store. You can make any of the quilts or table runners whenever Beverly is teaching. You can take any serger project, any garment, any embroidery item or any bag when Geri is teaching. Sue can teach any garment or bag. They all reach daytime and evening, so you have lots of choices.

Our classrooms are air conditioned. Plus, the big tables are wonderful to spread out on.
